Their corporate headquarters is located in Reno, Nevada with satellite offices in Fort Collins and Windsor, Colorado.  Financial Educators Network (FEN) provides financial education and training through a network of experienced instructors, colleges, universities, public and private corporations, municipalities and government agencies.


Michael Fassi, CLU, ChFC

Michael Fassi has over 39 years of experience in the financial services industry.  Mike has extensive expertise helping clients with investment and retirement distribution areas.  His primary goal is to make sure that clients don’t outlive their retirement income.  As a CLU and ChFC, Mike works with many business owners in the areas of succession and estate planning.  Mike teaches retirement planning classes at Colorado State University, the University of Northern Colorado, the University of Nevada – Reno, and Truckee Meadows Community College – Reno, Nevada.  Mike is involved with with the Civil Air Patrol and Honor Flight of Northern Colorado.

Terri Fassi, CPA, MBA, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst

Terri Fassi has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry.  She has taught accounting and finance for the University of Missouri and Washington University’s graduate program in St. Louis.  Recently Terri has been teaching Retirement Planning courses at Colorado State University, the University of Northern Colorado, the University of Nevada – Reno, and Truckee Meadows Community College – Reno, Nevada.  As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst Terri works with individuals or couples and their attorneys, to help them come to grips with the financial reality of their divorce.

Devon Lentz

Devon Lentz has years of experience in businesses and non-profits in operations, development and strategic planning.  Devon also spent years as a morning drive time radio host giving her a unique set of communication skills, and bringing her genuine understanding of social media to the firm.  Finally, she understands the intricacies of regulations and law because of her time as a paralegal in the oil and gas industry, as well as her time as a licensed agent in Property and Casualty insurance in Colorado and Wyoming.
